HolySeeAwards provides consultancy for event management and recognition program development. We work with your organization to design award categories, nomination criteria, and ceremony logistics. Our obligations are limited to the services explicitly agreed in writing. We do not guarantee specific attendance numbers, media coverage, or fundraising outcomes. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your organization and its members.

You agree to use our services lawfully and ethically. You must not submit false nominations, plagiarize content, or misrepresent your organization's status. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from individuals featured in your award program. HolySeeAwards reserves the right to refuse service if we determine that your program violates South African law or our ethical standards.

All materials provided by HolySeeAwards, including templates, guides, and branding assets, remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your award program. You may not resell, distribute, or modify our proprietary content without prior written consent. Any content you provide to us remains your property, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

HolySeeAwards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or public health emergencies. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. HolySeeAwards may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms our reputation. Upon termination, you must cease using our materials and return or destroy any confidential information. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before arbitration.
